(09 August 2010)I have tried 3 or 4 different bluetooth headsets for my office phone but finally decided to stay with the Plantronics one because it is the most comfortable one and the sound quality is definitely the best. The handset lifter works great so you won't have to push buttons and lift handsets and .... It just makes things a lot easier. Great product! Great Sound; convenient lifter (08 August 2010)Not all headsets are created equal and Plantronics has lots of offerings, some of which are marginal. This one is a heavyweight. Great volume in your ear and great clarity for the person at the other end. I like the handset lifter best so I can answer and/or end a call without returning the the base station. Reception is excellent. I can use this anywhere in my house. Great headset (06 August 2010)Works great. I would never go back to using a corded headset connected to a wireless phone and having the cord get snagged on drawers, doors and everything else in a house. Love this item! (06 July 2010)I have personally purchased two of these headsets thus far, and we have three others within our organization. I find it to be very easy to set up, although it can take a bit to fine tune the sound, echo, etc. There are several different ear pieces and a headgear, so it is almost impossible to not find a comfortable fit. I love being able to use both hands while talking on the phone, and also being able to get up and go look at something while on the phone. I would suggest this for anyone that needs to be typing, looking through files, or going to another area of the office while on the phone.
