| | Customer Reviews: keeps my Palm safe! (21 July 2010)This clear case is a great protector for my second Palm. I love my Palm and can't operate my and my husband's life without one. I am sorry they no longer make new ones and I had to by one made several years ago. I think this was a mistake. great price (26 June 2010)lived up to claim...out of box but and unused which it was still in the wrapper. There Are Better Solutions (31 March 2010)This isn't a bad case. I had it for a while, but took it back. It will protect the device, but I felt it was a little too annoying to have to pull it out and open it up every time I wanted to use the organizer. The plastic also seemed kind of cheap. I was thinking if I dropped the thing it wouldn't provide all that much protection. I settled on the Palm Flexi-Case with Screen Protectors to protect my Z22. Then I stopped at a dollar store and picked up a PDA holster that attaches to a belt. So for a few more bucks I have a nice soft protector on the Z22, a screen protector to keep the dust out, the screen is protected from direct force by that $1 case, and I can carry it easily right next to my cell phone. I've had zero problems with this setup. I'm sure you could substitute a cheap smart phone holster easily. If you do buy this, please pick up a set of screen protectors too. I can't over emphasize how important it is. Even if you keep the lid down nearly all the time and no matter how careful you think you're going to be, sooner or later you will get dust on the screen and scratch it. With a screen protector you can just replace a (relatively) cheap piece of plastic. Broken Connector (30 December 2009)I have gone through two of these cases and each time the connector, on the right side of the cover, that connects the cover to the bottom of the case, has broken off. I, therefore, can not recommend purchase of this case since it is simply too flimsy. Decent Case (25 October 2009)I have only had the case for about a month, but so far it seems fine. It is a little hard to open from time to time (depending on how coordinated I feel that day!). But I'd still recommend it. |
