| | Customer Reviews: Kandle (29 July 2010)I was very pleased to find this product on Amazon. I do a lot of reading at night and have had it over a month now. Although there was a defect in the first one I received and had to call the company they sent another with no questions asked and I did not have to send the defective one back. The price seemed a bit high but it's the best light I have purchased for my Kindle. I am still working on the batteries that came with it. They also provided a second set. I'm a voracious reader and I would recommend it to anyone that likes to read at night and not disturb another person in doing so. Enables midnight reading (27 July 2010)The chief complaint I've had about my Kindle is that I've needed to turn a light on to use it. Now, with the Kandle, I don't. It clips onto the top of the Kindle and provides sufficient light for me to read when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep without a few pages of my current mystery novel. My kandle (27 July 2010)I looked at many booklights for my kindle and made my decision based on the cover I purchased. I have the neoprene sleeve, so some of the lights were manufactured specifically for the "book covers". I am thrilled with the kandle it lights the entire page so that reading is easy in the dark without disturbing my partner. As far as the duribilty, I rated it good, but I did not want to rate it poorly. The design feel quite stable, and clasps on easily without resting on the display. All around I am thrilled with my purchase. It was exactly what I wanted and a bit more sturdy than I thought. I love it! Kandle Is just okay (26 July 2010)I bought this product for my Nook ... I do like the way it clips on and how light weight it is but it doesn't seem to light up the entire "page". I may be purchasing another light for my Nook. It's junk!! (23 July 2010)I must have gotten a lemon when I purchased this light because I think it's a piece of junk. Every time you touch or tilt the head the light goes off. When the light is working it only covers 3/4 of a Kindle 2 screen. I've tried attaching the light on the top and side of my Kindle and it still doesn't cover the screen. I am very unhappy with this product. |
